Cell C ignores plead for assistance to send one itemized bill via Email
I did asked Cell C to send me an itemized bill for August 2017 for account number - ********** 03.. there is an outstanding amount to be paid BUT according Cell C the outstanding amount is much higher than expected and via numerous phone calls I requested the itemized bill for mentioned month so that I investigate and pay what is really outstanding. Cell C keeps on sending me a statement... *** ???
Cell C does know what itemized billing stands for ? I need assistance from Cell C accounts asap
