Cell C ignores Bad coverage reports

Once again disgusted with the feedback with regards to several calls emails, and hellopeter reports they dont care. Once again ive been struggling to make calls, download as there is no signal, not even 1 bar and when the signal returns after several minutes its so poor and weak that instant messaging is becomming a nightmare as there is 5min delays, with feedback from patrick with regards to my previous report and mbali frim Tech Dept advised me if im unhappy im more than welcome to migrate to a different provider as they are unable to help people in this area.
