I have a contract with cell c I pay them every month for a service that I don't receive!! cell c call centre can't help and is refusing to transfer to a manager I left messages but no 1 is contacting me back! I have rights in the consumer protection act!! A month ago a superior from cell c said that if I'm unhappy I can cancel the contract and hand in the handsets because I'm so unhappy! While I'm talking on the phone it goes to sos calls only, this is happening time and time again
