CELL C - I NEED THIS ASAP!!

Cell C has found a ********** account which was opened in my name and subsequently closed the account. After closing the account they flagged me (the person who the crime was committed against) on Transunion (Credit Bureau) which is affecting my credit score rating................ How is the outcome determined as *****, and still the person who the crime was committed against is found to be at fault? (A Judgement against my name) Till Today Cell C, never made contact with regarding this, but are able to upload a Judgement against my name that will ideally AFFECT how the banks/finance institutes see me... I would like assistance in clearing that overdue amount of R322 from my name, and want the judgement to be removed from my name, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Siphiwe Dlamini, date: 10/03/2020 from the ***** department, Time: 12:52, - HE COULDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION

I SPOKE TO HIS MANAGER MOSELA MOLOI who also works in the ***** department and she coud'nt answer my name

IF CELL C DETERMINED THAT I LAMULA NDLELA WAS NOT AT FAULT, WHY , WHY DID THEY LOAD A JUDGEMENT AGAINST MY NAME ?
