Cell C, I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!

I am sick and tired of Cell C and CSurance. For a number of months, I've been waiting for CSurance to refund me with the money they debited from my account, until today I have not received it, whenever I call, the consultant drops the call. Cell C does respond to HelloPeter.com but they do not respond to me to assist with the issues I have been having with both CellC and CSurance. Today, both Cell C and CSurance were supposed to debit monthly contract and insurance payments, but what did they choose to do? They debited TWICE each amount!!! And i still have not received my refund. I cannot take it anymore, If both of them do not respond, i shall consider taking this matter to the Court of Law. <br> Thank You.
