Cell c humiliated me

Cell c has humiliated me to the core ,they asked me to prove that I have asked them to amend the insurance premiums they had wrongly charged, I did withe details of their correspondence to that even details of what amounts I would pay until its correct. Now they have cut me off so that they can again say they can't get hold of me when they call . What more do they want from me ? Would they do this to the other race is it because I'm black I don't matter. I have given everything proving my innocence in this matter now to cut me off just to keep me quiet and ignore me. I am so humiliated it is unbelievable.
