Cell C humiliated me!

Im so humiliated after i went to Cell C Menlyn on Friday afternoon to get the data package for the router and 40 gig for R249.00 for one day only.. After spending an hour and a half on the phone with the vetting department just to tell me that im not allowed to get the special because I am on debt review...I have the latest phone with Cell C--and i pay every single month and i also had a data package that expired so i told Cell C that i do not want to go on with the account.. So why did you decline me??? I mean that was so bad to hear that after Cell C keep on phoning me to add another data package on my name-Timothy from Cell C was so helpful but im so dissapointed with Cell C and the way they handled it!!!!
