Cell C Huawei
Cell C in Clear waters,
I bought a phone on contract on the 04/08/2020. I was advised that I have a 1 year free screen protector from the consultant that assisted me by the name of Roshn.
I called to find out how too book my phone in however I was advised by Huawei that it's only a 6months free screen protector. I feel it's wrong that the consultant mislead us and now when I need help I am unable to get assistance.
Honestly if this is the service and if this is the way cell C trains there stuffs to lie to their clients I do not want to deal with them anymore and I will not recommend that anyone uses them as they lie to us clients to take out the cover.
Now I need to fix it myself and I am unable to pay for it myself.

Indeed it is recorded however this was a in-store purchase and I've been with cell C going on 4 years and this is what I get out of it I am really disappointed.
As what u trail your consultants in store to do I feel like they thought how to lie to us.
