Cell c how dissapointing
<p>So cell c is easy by doing the contract buy out but when it comes to "getting out" of your contract... Well thats an entirely different story</p> <p>I called cell c in January to cancel my contract. I was told that 2 of my contracts would be R850 to settle, so called them on 08/03/2017 to have it cancelled and to my surprise it suddenly jumped to R3000 just for one!!!!!!! Well Cell C go listen to the recording of that call before you call me. As this matter will not be left alone</p>

10 Mar 2017, 07:52Cancelling your contract is not a problem if you have settled the amounts due then all goes well unless there are any misunderstandings then that might cause a delay. However, we will look into your complaint and advise accordingly.
