Cell C Horror Insurance Claim Nr.2

<p>The 2nd time i write this organisation on HelloPeter, im utterly disgusted!!!!!! All the words that i have for this company are unfortunately not in any dictionary in this world!!! Ive claimed from C-surance on the 18th of November, all my documents were sent to C-surance on the 18th of November, till this day i havent received a call from Cell C to advise me about my claim. Now i run a business with that phone, its been 3weeks and my clients cannot get ahold of me. I was never told that it was going to take me 3-4 weeks to process a claim. As i said before i dont want anything to do with Cell C anymore simply coz i cannot deal with such disgusting service. Advise me my excess, deliver my phone before Friday 02.12.2016, tell me how much i owe you till my next upgrade date i will definitely settle that amount.....Then just Voetse**** out of my life, there are many other service providers that will be happy to do business with me. Oh and a couple of my friends and family are leaving your network aswell.</p>
