Cell C horror

Cell c unfairly listed a negative judgement on my credit record when the error was on their side. I've tried in the month to try to get them to correct their mistake. I was promised a paid up letter and itc clearance and after being sent from pillar to post, now they say it's not their responsibility. The managers are not much help either😖 cell c has taken no responsibility for their actions and they dont care for their customers. Extremely disappointing
