Cell C Horrific Customer Service Call

So I recieved a call from a private number, and as a Receptionist I can't always pick up. So I rejected the 14h40 call today 21 January 2018. Received a call again at 14h42 and could pick up. This lady explains she is just phoning to confirm my premium a month has been reduced and she is not selling anything. I was polite and just answered all her questions. THEN she mentioned something of a R85 and I asked her politely if this is exstra...and her reponse was as follows....and I quote "If you listened to what I said earlier, you'd know I said this call is not to sell anything. " And she put the phone down in my ear. Really??? She speaks fast so I POLITELY asked if it will be ekstra or included. Got home I told my husband, so he said she phoned him after the call was rejected and he also just asked her if she wants to sell something and she just put the phone down. What ****py service (that I didnt even ask for). I wouldve understood if I was rude, but this girl just came out of the blue.
