Cell C horrible service for over a week, please employ competent staff

<p>i app**** for a cell phone contract at cell c direct last week monday,i called on wednesday to do follow up on the status of my application,i was told that the deal was captured incorrectly,i then gave them a few days to correct that mistake,i kept on calling to do follow up,i was only told that Bukelwa the team leader will call me back,ive called almost 4 times today and nothing has been said till now,no one is saying anything to me,even Bukelwa "Team leader"has notbeing in contact with me to date. The service I have received so far from cell c is horrible and i regret applying for a cellphone contract with cell c</p>
