Cell C horrible service again

For more than 6 months now Cell C has added a debit order penalty fee to my account. I have been paying via EFT for years now and suddenly my account is threatened with suspension for R140. They also don't take calls or give feedback on the incident. Senior management is unreachable and customer service department refuses to give senior managers email addresses. Cell C service is absolutely shocking.

I was said previously that it was resolved, for a week in July my account was suspended without any remuneration for this inconvenience. Now you are threatening to do it again, honestly it can not continue like this.
