Cell C horrible service.
No wonder your company is in trouble. Your offering 36 month contracts that I was approved for only days later to say it's been canceled and I need to upgrade to a 24 month. You tell me the phone I've chosen is in stock. The next week I follow up and you tell me the order was canceled. After sitting on the phone for an hour it was rectified. Now I followed up and there is no stock of the phone. I keep being disconnected through multiple transfers and now that I want to cancel no one can "hear me" on the phone. How far you've fallen.

13 Nov 2020, 13:32Just left the store, haven't gotten anywhere yet. To the agent in store's credit, she hasn't stopped trying. I've removed all my value added services and I'm planning on canceling the contract completely, although this might even be harder to accomplish then canceling the upgrade.
