Cell C Horrible Service.
I've been with Cell C for more than 10 years. Never have I been more dissatisfied with their service than I am now. Nobody knows how to help me with my situation, I've been on the phone with them, unsuccessfully I might add, more than 10 times a day almost everyday for the better part of 3 weeks, my issue remains unresolved. I've sent emails, no response accept for the auto reply, asked for a team leader or supervisor to contact me, it's been a week, I'm still waiting. Im over this and Cell C.

03 Mar 2021, 18:17So it's been two days sinsce I've posted here, I've been asked the same day what the problem is and how can they help... And that's where it ended. Back to square one, still the same issue, still ZERO service. Is this Cell C company policy to try their best to ignore their customers?
