Cell C horrible company

This company has the worst customer service in the history of all companies. I closed a contract 2 years ago the service consultant unfortunately did not close it. I was then told I owe them and the money had accumulated interest. I lodged a complaint with ICASA and I was only allowed to pay late closure fee. Paid it and requested paid up letter still nothing I have so many case numbers from them no response on all of them. The account is showing on my credit report as in arrears. DO NOT TAKE UP A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE WORST EVER!!
