Cell c horrible
I have paid my account and I still get my service suspended! When cell c phoned me I spoke to a lady who confirmed i actually over paid ! And now my service is suspended again Because of non payment . I’m sick of this

11 Aug 2025, 14:34I’m now getting increasingly frustrated with this . I have sent my proof of payments on multiple occasions!!! And I’m still getting asked ! I have made my case and have proven the payments of my accounts since the last time I had this issue in May ! I cannot keep doing this . I have no cell service and I cannot even do my job because of this I’m at my family funeral and have to deal with this !!! Go back and look at the emails with attachment s and re connect my line and stop making me pay more than I should !
