Cell C Hoodwinked me into taking a ***** Contract

About 3 weeks ago I took out a data contract from Cell C Cresta. It’s 50 gigs anytime that comes with an LTE router. To date that has been the biggest mistake of my life.

The first router they gave me worked for a couple of days then it stopped. I took it to Cell C Cresta for repairs. After waiting for days without data, I went back to check. They told me that it was still in for repairs. I told them I simply I couldn’t wait and they gave me a new one. I used the new one for almost 10 days then it did the same thing.

I am of the opinion that Cell C is hoodwinking all the unsuspecting clients with 50 gigs data offering. It’s very irritating in a sense because I can’t even cancel this ***** contract. I mean, until when will I be going to Cell C to get that router repaired even if they give me a 3rd one. This is grossly unfair and this thieving must stop
