Cell c home connecta *******!!!
I used rain wifi at home,i experienced bad service so i canceled and started using telkom broadband,it was expensive and i saw a home connecta deal at cell c,it's cheaper then telkom so i tried it out,with a 50 gig deal i got 50 gig night data free,in just over a period of a month i bought 105 gig,with that i got 105 gig night data free,the problem is i downloaded stuff during the night but my night data was not really used,i believe my day time data was used during the night also,now i have 92.65 gigs of "night time data but when i go online after 12 at night i get disconnected and a message saying i don't have funds even though there is 92.65 gigs showing on the sim card, i contacted cell c customer service but nobody seem to understand me....
I got a call from cell c customer service and i was told when I'm using the internet during the night and my night time data are slow it will automatically jump using my day time data(during the night),when i bought this deal nobody told me the free night time data dont really work,i was also told that i wont be compensated and thats that!!!i am not leaving the situation as is,i wont recommend Cell C to my worst enemy!!
