Recharged the Home Connecta 1TB for R899 in the morning an hour later my internet dropped and everything went to Zero - Cell C is a big ****

05 Jan 2022, 13:05To see sms’s is simple you log a call to your IT Support as a P1 incident, what they need to do is to check the messaging table on your DB if you store them there…

From messaging table
Where msisdn = **** and Campaign = “ Home Connecta
And you see messages or else view your logs on the service that triggers sms’s it’s been over 48 hours and this issue is not resolved this is very disappointing
