Cell c home connecta flexi ****

On Thursday 18th August 2022 I logged an issue on the cell c app where as I have been experiencing network issues with my Home cennecta flexi. Its extremely frustrating as i am unable to stream anything. A consultant called on Friday and advised that he will send out a technician and that i didn't need to be at home for the technician to investigate the matter. Today is Wednesday the 24th August 2022 and i still have not received any feedback. When i try logging another ticket the app doesn't allow me and gives me an error message to try again later, this has been going on since Monday. Please don't bother using this service as it doesn't work and would be a waste

Yes i can confirm that you have assisted via Twitter. I will however only be able to test the device tonight when I get home and will revert back should the issue persist.
