Cell C Home assist - USELESS

I tried to cancel the Cell C Home assist numerous times without any luck. The service was unwanted in the first place and even when we actually tried to make use of the service we received NO SERVICE! We logged a call, received a reference number and that was it, 2 months later, still nothing! Useless product and still we pay because we are unable to cancel the subscription. What must we do??????
