Cell C Home Assist Of N o Assist !

Cell C has yet again misinformed us of products/services that are really of no use I had asked them to cancel and refund me as I was misinformed about this product , I asked very specifically if there were call out fees and parts that were included in this new product and I was assured that it was included and I won't be paying anything. However when I read further after agreeing all these things are not included which is of no use to me and I hate to waste my precious money on things that are unnecessary. I have previously had many issues cancelling products that they've sold and were unable to keep their standards. They should go back and listen in on the calls as these are recorded. This is now misinformation , their agents should be trained and informed well on all these services sold. Listen to my questions about the "parts included , will I not be charged anything for parts if my stove is faulty" , yet there are major clauses when it comes to stoves etc , Cell C should stick to what they know and sell services that benefit clients!
