Cell C & Hollard Insurance / poor service

Cell C could not block the 1st IMEI as they could not manage to see it from their systems and I was promised that they will investigate and revert to me, In which I provided an alternative contact number.

I called Vodacom as well and they blocked the second port and they provided me with all the necessary information.

Furthermore I was in a car accident on that same weekend and was recovering for the past three weeks It's shameful and unjust and honestly I cannot understand why I always have to be subjected to these treatments from you and Cell C every single time.

below is what is written on the terms and conditions: We would like to draw your attention to these very important conditions which you can find under the headings Conditions of cover and Conditions of use in your policy wording:  The device must belong to you or a member of your family for whom you are financially responsible.  The IMEI number on the device must match the IMEI number that is shown in your policy schedule.  You must make at least one successful call or send an SMS to one of the networks within 24 hours of your cover start date.  Your claim will only be considered if your device was used to make or receive a call, or to send or receive an SMS during the 30 days prior to an insured event. The call or SMS must be linked to the cell phone number shown in your policy schedule.

No where in the conditions does it mention that i should provide motivation to get my cellphone back. A company that takes my money but does not want to pay when something happens or Loss occurs.
