Cell C holding my line hostage

Been on Cell C Fiber for about 3 years, no issues. But I have been trying to get Cell C to release my line so that I can be free to move to a new ISP. It has now been 2 Months of constantly contacting them to request my line be released, with no signs of them ever complying with the request. They have decided to keep my line hostage, with no signs of letting up. My little line was happy once, but now he is depressed and hollowing in his own misery. Is there no one who will come save this line. I thought Neo was the answer, by alas, he or she was just a bystander, controlled by the Organisation, taking light of the situation that my little pal has found himself in, now all we can do is sit and wait until the ransom note comes, to inform us of the requirements for his safe release.
