Cell C holding a refund for 8 days and counting and are dishonest about their products.

Cell C has not yet refunded me R6799 since 17/3/2022 although it was processed on a Nedbank card machine via my debit card on that day (slip to proof refund done). The story. On the 17/03/ 22 I enquired about a phone. I was told it is R6799 for the phone and has 6G ram. On payment (via Nedbank card machine and my debit card), and as the consultant setup the phone, I insisted she show me the stage and ram. It turned out the phone was only 4G ram. I immediately demanded a 6G ram as what was promised upon them not having one. They then proceeded and processed a refund. On 23/4/2022 (still no monies in my bank acc for the refund)I went back to Cell C Bayside mall and spoke to the manager who told me that Nedbank has flagged the transaction and will release it then. 30 hours later and still I have no refund in my account. So Cell C is holding my monies *******ly for the past 8 days. As per Nedbank, it is not them, it is Cell C. Therefore, a company that can be dishonest with trying to sell you a lower performance phone and then when they get caught holding your money *******LY in their bank account for 8 (and counting) days deserve actually a 0 star rating.
