Cell C highly dissapointing!
I was incorrectly billed in March 2023, I have since had to lodge 4 cases to get a response on the refund. The Customer Service Agent at Cell C stated that they called me on Friday but there are no calls on my phone log from Cell C. They have closed the case because they could not get hold of me on my 4G contract - obviously! I also have not received feedback from any of the other 3 cases that were lodged. This is highly disappointing, this is not CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Please can I be advised when I will be reimbursed????
