Cell C highly disappointed with you!

I am disgusted at the unprofessional way cell c has handled a query that was their fault to begin by with. I informed cell c of new banking details, I was not debited resulting in my line being permanently deactivated, despite me paying in any money that was owed. I have spend days at cell c trying to fix their stuff up and I still can not use my phone. Shocking company!!!!
