Cell C hidden agenda on the Contract buy out

I think its really a stupid idea that Cell C would want to campaign on the contract buy out, where by they claim that they can offer you upto R10 000 so that you can buy out your MTN/Vodacom contract. Which in true fact what happens is you actually have to pay out the amount out of your own pocket when you take on this deal, and they promise to reimburse you once you have ported your numbers to Cell C. <br> But fault is if I could afford to pay off my contract I wouldn't be needing this deal in the first place.
