Cell C-Hell no!!!!

After trying to phone numerous times,getting ask numerous times to do a speedtest,after being on the phone for hours being helped by so-called support people,after being cut off numerous times due to fibre line going down,after being promised countless times the problem will be escalated,ticket number will be sent to me and the problem will be fixed,I can with all honesty say,CELL C IS PATHETIC!!I will be cancelling my contract with them and I do not recommend them to anyone at all.Actually I will recommend them to anyone who likes to being **** to,overcharged for something they are not receiving and loves terrible customer service.I have been paying for a 50meg line for months and months now,but my line speed is still 20meg.I wonder how Cell C will reimburse me for my money wasted??????Thank you Cell C,thank you for NOTHING!!
