Cell c hell

Recently ive noticed that on home connector you cant even send a simple sms like "cant talk busy at the moment" some of us are not keyboard warriors to be texting people the whole day so i cant keep using services that i dont even need anymore ive used the number for years not as a home connector sim now it managed to move to home connector after years of using it but it cant go back who even write such by laws it wasnt even 10 days but years of using other terrifs now i cant go back its frustrating cause simple things like sending an sms you cant why do i even need to receive it then and am being advised to get a new number by management from cell c Nolwazi Shezi i dont want another number i want to keep using this number alot of people knows this number ma sure my ancestors knows this number i have only 2 numbers that i cant get rid of and the tarrif is becoming more and more expensive and were being forced to use it why cant you just override this its just so simple really override the system after all it was made by humans with brains or have the robots taken over cell c what kind of managent tells you, you cant help someone with such a simple thing its just bylaws override them i dont want to loose my number or ill be forced to live the network completely
