Cell c headoffice and credit department are pathetic and *********** .destroying my name and my home ,

I am extremely disappointed and angry actually with cellC firstly the department that calls you to offer you a contract. I said yes to the promotion that they were offering back to school deal or something . You get a Samsung phone and a tablet for cheap , so I agreed for that. They informed me that my phone will arrive via courier 1 -7 days . Two days later, courier came and dropped off a SIM card only!!! Said the phone will come the next day. Few weeks went by , still no phone , no tablet and when I called them as they debted my account , and I still don't have the phone . The lady said they are out of stock of that phone and waiting for stock.

Next month my account debted again still no phone . When I called them they told me no stock. I called a week later and said it's bull as they debiting my account without me receiving the product I agreed to . I at this stage still hadn't open ed the sim card bag that it was in. And when I called that week, they suddenly changed there story and said I only app**** for a sim contract. Which is very untrue. I would of never got a contract just for the sim. I told them the. They better cancel everything as I didn't ask for some card contract and asked to speak to someone higher above. Which they couldn't do, they said the manager isnt in.

I went to my bank and reversed payments as I am not paying for something I don't have .

My credit name is good have no defaults or anything . I went to bank and they informed me that cell c had put my name on the not paying list, on credit score. This has now messed my name up. So the reason I went to bank they can't assist me because of this bad mark on my name .

I called and called no help. My friend said he knows someone who can help , very nice person at cellC Cresta branch helped me . He too has been trying to get through to his head office the credit department so they can pull the history of calls and left the mark off my name as I did cancel. And as I didn't ever receive the items I was meant to. He can see on the system exactly what phone I was meant to get and tablet.

We have been waiting three weeks now for anyone at head office to get back to this man at cellC branch or us . To lift the bad mark off my name , so I can apply for what I need and have my name clear. I even offered to just pay the money , just to have my name clear as I really need it clear. But this gentleman informed me that it won't help even as the credit department has to lift it.

I can't believe this kind of service from such a big company. How many other people have they done this too?

I don't know what else to do to get this sorted out. It's shocking and unexpectable..

Please can someone tell me what to do to get this sorted out. I promise if they don't lift the mark off my name and my window period runs out with the bank and I can not get my loan , to buy my house because of people that don't know how to do there work. I will personally make sure that I get any legal action to assist me in bring cell c down.

This is an important thing I'm trying to do for my son's future and because of R800 I might loose the opportunity of buying my house.
