Cell C Head office Pathetic Service!!!!!!!! WORSE THAN UPSETTING!!!!!

<p>Last week friday I app**** for a contract at my local cell c branch for an apple iphone 6 , i was credited for the phone on R430 per month and my application was approved.... Here i am sitting now very ****ed off still waiting for my phone!!!!!! After approving my contract the morning the took it away again the afternoon..... I am getting fed up! I phoned the complaints department were the manager cant help me because he doesnt know how.... this morning i spoke to a consultant at after sales who needs a serious attitude adjustment. HE was very rude over the phone..... I wont take out a contract if i cant afford it!!! i have money and as it seems to me you do not want my money...... if i do not have this problem resolved by this afternoon and my phone in my hand .... I will be canceling all my contracts will Cell c and i will move over to someone else... this is utter nonsense! I am waiting for your call.. I have been a good paying customer with Cell C for more than a year..... AND now you guys will lose all my contracts and i will tell everyone i know about your bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I say again. if i dont get my problem resolved today.... and have my new phone wich i was approved for i will cancel ALL my contracts will CELL C!. </p>
