*Cell C have been eating my 1,2k for 3 months with no handset*

It's been 2 and a half month now that cell c have been having my phone.I pay R1 203 every month and I never fall short of payments,My phone was not working and I took it to them this happened on the 23 February 2018.It was send back to me and I was told to deactivate find my iPhone I told them that I forgot my password and they told me there's nothing they can do, I contacted cell c they gave me isupport numbers and I got great help from apple.Apple told me that I must first provide them with proof of purchase which I did just for them to find out that cell c added another phone under my name. Now I can't get help from apple coz of the documents that cell c provide to me.2 weeks back I called them to contact apple and give them the correct documents and they told me they will, I provided them with the case number and everything. Just to find out that they didn't even contact apple, they even failed to get back to me to give me feedback of they progress, I had to call them use my own airtime and contact cell c who **** to me.This is the second time cell c is treating me like a piece of nothing, if I had to reverse they payment and only pay for the sim card that I only have they would be the first people to take my name and make it bad under the credit ac***** now going to the 3rd month that my phone is at cell c and they still draging they feet with my phone.I just don't understand what I should do..Paying R1 203 is not a child's play.Worse part is that the phone is under insurance and again they fail to give it to the insurance people.Im sick and tired of cell c undermining me.All I want is the phone I pay for that all..If not I'm taking this matter forward coz there's a phone under my name that I don't even have and have never owned..which is compete *****..
