Cell c Hatfield store manager "orienta" arrogant bad service
I received the worst service from orienta the store manager at Cell C Hatfield branch in Pretoria. I have been trying to do a sim swap for the past 2 months.... When I call the cell c call center they advised they needed a non rica'd SIM card... And that I could only get it in one of their stores the nearest being Hatfield... Comes orienta... She totally refused to sell me a non rica'd SIM card and was sooo rude and behaved like her father owns that store. Not even the call center agents could get her to assist me. She was so arrogant and need less to say I was not successful in the SIM swap... Dear cell c why are you lying to us saying we can get help from your stores yet the likes of orienta don't know the 1st thing about customer service... Gosh...I am so over this... Can someone help me with a swim swap pls

12 Aug 2022, 16:10The SIM swap was unsuccessful with all the numbers I gave her. 3 were numbers I dialed frequently and she claims the other 2 are not reflecting... Despite all other questions being correct. Which then I accepted and requested for her to the sell me the SIM card which is unregistered and again she refused. I had a similar problem at the same store however her colleague was able to assist me with a new SIM card. I am soo frustrated and down right angry because why could her colleague assist me yet she refused. What do you call that. Really? What is that.

12 Aug 2022, 16:12If you say you don't give a non registered SIM card then why does your call center advise us to give them an unregistered SIM card for a SIM swap where on earth am I suppose to get that... Furthermore they advise that we can get it a cell c store... Honestly though.
