Cell C hasn’t removed me from SFPS and their ***** department not responsive😡😡😡

I had an account that was **********ly opened at Cell C and Cell C proved this and sent me a letter closing the account . They didn’t remove me from the listing at SFPS and I have been trying to get hold of their ***** department to remove me from the SFPS ***** list. Have had to email with no response. And when I call the call centre, they say the ***** department does not have contact details accept the email. My credit life has been affected and no one is able to help at cell c and SFPS can’t remove me of the list without Cell C.
