Cell C has zero service.

Zero service. I have been struggling since January with absolutely no internet on 2 of my lines. Apparently due to their migration to Vodacom. Many, many phone calls have resulted in multiple reference numbers. The matter has been referred to CIC and there it has stopped. I have requested a refund because I am being charged for a service I am not receiving. Nothing. Zero response to emails. To add insult to injury they claim they called and I dont pick up. Not even on the alternative number. Apparently I am to pay for nothing until my contract ends.
