Cell C has the worst service when coming to Sim swap
How does Cell C expect us to do a sim swap if there is no Cell C branch in Kuruman. As we cannot call to do the Sim swap with a simcard that is not RICAed. All the stored cannot sell simcards that are not RICAed. I have not been using my simcard for the past 4 or 5 months butni have paid them.
