Cell c has the worst service to lifelong customer!

After 4 month visits to branch, emails, calls, speaking to management of trying to get them to change my bank details they now have cut my services due to as they say non payment. But my bank reflects a payment has gone of my new account! Which we could give no stars one star is way to high! After a lifetime of being a good customer this is the service i get. I have been with them since inception of company. The service has spiraled down to absolutely useless service. I want my phone working and a written apology as well as 4 months free service to value of what i monthly soend on ALL my cell c phones!
