Cell c has the worst service ever

<p>We have 2 cell c accounts. Last year the banking details changed and I could not get them to update it on the system for four months. Then I gave up. The account got handed over and we went to cell c Secunda, they were offline. We got contacted by lawyers and we paid the account and again we went to the store to cancel these accounts. Again the store was offline but ensured us it will be cancelled. Again we received SMS that that the account is handed over. Again we went to the store and again off line. I phoned legal and again no assistance on this accounts. Where do I go because I have cancelled them and paid them and now again I must pay. The service is poor at cell c and I am permanently begging for assistance....</p>
