cell c has the worst service

I opened a contract with cell c under the impression that I would get value for my money...the jabulani branch has upset me so much cause im being sent from pillar to post even the manager refuses to acknowledge that his manager when I query the ***** happening on my contract, they even went to the extent of offering to pay the amount of money I have had to pay on the ********** contract in my name...so that I dont go and file a case or take it up with the police.i have even investigated on my own. Ive been there several times with no resolve yet im still paying the contract while my number is being used by someone else who lives in bloemfontein. My thought is they all working hand in hand....cell c is nonsense on so many levels. This is unacceptable
