cell c has the worst repair centre

I sent my phone in 3 times for the same problem, they said its repaired but when I got home it did the same thing.I cant make or receive calls for extended periods of time!!! Every time I send my phone in, it takes them 20 to 24 working days to repair it so I have been without a phone for more than 4 months. It may be the network with the cheapest call rates but cell c repair centre sucks!!!!
