cell c has the worst customer service.

i have never had such bad experience with cell c it is the worst ,they cant change my payment date to the 30th now they telling my my account is in areas when I'm asking them to change the payment date .i cant get through to the call center i keep getting routed to retentions ,can not upgrade cause they cant change my payment date and i cant get trough to cancellations cause the phone line go strait to collections. i call almost everyday .!!!!! the service is so poor i regret taking out a contract with cell C and i just wish to cancel it . i dont even want to rate them it should be a big zero .
