Cell C has the worst customer service

So like a lot of people in this country I lost my income due to covid-19. After three months I am able to work again and generate an income. I made several calls to Cell C customer care in an attempt to get my account up to date, without success. I was sent from pillar to post trying to get information regarding my account. Nobody was willing to assist nor direct me to a department that could assist. Out of desperation I phoned a Cell C store that provided me with an email address. Until now I have not received any feedback. Cell C do not care about its clients especially during this challenging time.
