Cell C has the worst customer Care ever!!!!!!

I am Highly frustrated and disappointed with cell C, I have been a loyal contract holder for over 5 years and the moment i decided to cancel one of my two contracts i received absolutely no help, my Number was permanently deactivated while i asked for the contract to be canceled and the number moved to prepaid , i have called in over and over again to have this sorted but no one could help, you get transferred to the legal department and hold on for at least an hour and no one answers this is discussing and unacceptable for a department that should constantly be on top of things.
