Cell C has the most horrible service I should have went with Mtn
Case *** how many times have I sent an email to you guys with no response since the 1st of April?? I’ve been trying to call the stupid number 084135 but I don’t get through to an agent. The agreement was that I will now pay via EFT but why are y’all charging me a late debit fee whereas the contract is closed?? Y’all are crocks. This is the second time I’m complaining of your bad service.

Get back to me ASAP. I sent my query at 10am yesterday and no agent had called me to explain this. Very bad service!!
