Cell C has struck again, a debit of R2444.48 was done on my account on 30 June 2023 after they had sent me this email “Good day, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the ***** contracts. Your ***** case was dealt with, contracts were closed. Please see below clearance letter from ***** department attached. Regards BKhumalo Cell C Social Media Team” The clearance letter was not attached and I did send the email to them and I did not get a response. Now I am not sure if the people who are dealing with this case are the actual *****sters, I am so confused and disappointed. They did not even want to tell me where the contracts were opened, I didnt get any information of who had all my personal details to open two contracts on my name and where. This is really frustrating😡

No one from Cell C has called but this morning I got a call from someone who says they are Cell C and said they are calling regarding my Cell C contract and they requested that I confirm my ID and I refused then they dropped the call. What is really happening? The number that called me is ***

I am still waiting for the Clearance Letter and confirmation that no more debits will be made on my account. I also need more information on where the *****ulent contracts were opened and how.
