Cell C has pathetic service. Hope they close down soon

Disgusted with CellC I just now phoned the customer care helpline at 084 135.

The lady asked how she can help and I explained that I have been experiencing calling difficulty (cant call, or dropped calls) and that incoming calls go directly to my mailbox.

I barely finished my last sentence and she just hung up and put me though to their survey where the first thing I was asked about was how helpful the consultant was. Is this some joke?
