Cell C has pathetic service and have not helped me

i have logged a complaint against Cell C already this is my Second time now on the Same Matter. i am so sick of dealing with people that dont know how to do there jobs. i did not make any transaction in order for me to loose 1 gig of data in less than a day. the reports they sent me say non roaming which means i did not go on any sites as such. and to not get back to me is very Pathetic. i am going to stop my debit orders and Cell C will be laible to pay my account i will not pay a cent till i recieve my Data back that was taken from me for *******...
